III. Water as a Shared Good

In the third chapter of Water as a Common Good, the meaning of defining water as a shared good is explored, presenting some experiences of people involved in community water management. What are the benefits and challenges of this approach? What has it meant for them to manage water in this way? Without a doubt, this is a different and much more participatory approach to water management.
